So the whole thing started because I thought it was hilarious to hide my wife’s earplugs, but then our maid, god bless her, found them and thought they were a tip or something, so she slipped them into her apron pocket. When my wife caught her, instead of getting mad, she just gave me this wicked little smile and said we needed to teach her a lesson, and honestly, the way she got all flustered and apologetic just made it worse.
